VISION / MISSION
Our Mission is to foster pride and promote use of the Community Center through active partnerships with civic organizations, businesses, neighborhoods, schools and government. In doing so we:
• Maintain an association of persons interested in the Community Center.
• Focus public attention to the Community Center as resource of various activities which cultivate a sense of community.
• Stimulate the use of the Community Center’s spaces and services.
• Improve and increase the facilities and services of the Community Center.
• Seek and receive gifts, endowments, bequests, and memorials for the Community Center.
• Enrich the educational, cultural, and social service opportunities available to citizens of Camas and Washougal and the surrounding area.
• Encourage programs and opportunities for residents of all ages and abilities.
Our Vision is to enhance the quality of life in Camas and Washougal by providing and sustaining a central gathering place in which all can pursue social, educational, recreational and cultural opportunities: a community center.
The center reflects the positive attributes of an excellent quality of life and contributes to the sense of civic pride.
